Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
1. About ReachOut
ReachOut is operated by its sole owner from Laval, Québec. These terms describe use of our website, NFC business cards and linked digital profiles. Contact us using the business details below for questions about your account or purchase.
2. Products and orders
ReachOut offers physical NFC business cards linked to online profiles, including personalized options shown on the product page. Review the selected product, artwork, engraving, contact information and delivery address before paying. Prices, currency, applicable charges and any offers shown for your order form part of the purchase information. Do not complete payment if information is missing or incorrect; contact ReachOut first. Stripe processes payments.
3. Delivery, cancellations and defects
Delivery is offered to Canada and the United States. Shipping arrangements and any delivery commitment must be confirmed for your order. Contact ReachOut promptly about cancellations, damaged or defective cards, engraving errors, or a missing delivery. This page does not establish an additional voluntary return period, a blanket no-refund rule, or an allocation of import charges. Personalization does not remove applicable legal warranties or statutory cancellation and refund rights.
4. NFC and technical limitations
NFC sharing requires a compatible device with NFC available and enabled where required. Reading position, phone settings, cases and operating systems may affect performance. Opening the online profile requires internet access. Third-party booking, review and social links depend on those services and their availability.
5. Accounts and public profiles
Keep your sign-in details secure and your information accurate. Digital profile editing requires a verified purchase or authorization. Saved profile information, including contact details, photographs and social links, is publicly accessible through its link; share only information you are authorized to publish. You are responsible for how you use contact information received through an exchange.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant ReachOut only the permission needed to store, display, format and use that content to provide the requested service, including card personalization and public profile display. You must hold the necessary rights to logos, photographs, text and other content. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal content, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, unauthorized collection of personal information or infringement of intellectual property. Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service.
8. Activation, replacement and transfers
Contact ReachOut for help linking or activating a card, replacing a lost or damaged card, or transferring an account or card. Ownership and authorization must be verified before any transfer. Availability, any charge and the proposed steps must be confirmed before proceeding; no automatic transfer or free replacement entitlement is created by this page. Applicable legal remedies remain available.
9. Availability and account closure
Maintenance, technical faults and third-party outages can interrupt digital profiles or support tools. This page does not create a new lifetime-hosting promise or reduce an existing purchase commitment. ReachOut may address unlawful use or security risks through proportionate restrictions, subject to applicable notice requirements and consumer rights. Contact ReachOut to request account closure or challenge a restriction. Closure does not automatically erase records that must legally be retained.
10. Third-party services and responsibility
External websites control their own content and practices. AI-assisted support can be inaccurate; contact ReachOut to confirm order-specific advice. ReachOut remains responsible for its own obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes legal warranties, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
11. Applicable law, complaints and changes
Québec law and applicable Canadian law govern, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Contact ReachOut first to seek a resolution; this does not prevent a complaint to a regulator or proceedings before a competent court. There is no mandatory arbitration or waiver of collective remedies here. Updates will be dated on this page and cannot retroactively remove acquired rights; legally required notice and consent rules continue to apply.
